    Terminal Performance Objective (TPO):
    Application of skills, knowledge and Attitude in providing quality nursing care among students, faculty and administrative personnel in the school setting utilizing both nursing and teaching process with emphasis of health promotion, maintenance and disease prevention.

    Enabling Objective (EO):
    At the end of 16 hours duty, I will be able to:
    1. Maintain good interpersonal relationship with the clinical instructor, co-student nurses and fellow students.
    2. Participate actively in the pre and post conferences.
    3. Gather data to those students for consultation.
    4. Take vital signs accurately and properly.
    5. Comply all the requirements needed in the area.
    6. Identify health needs of students during consultation in the clinic.
    7. Prioritize health problem.
    8. Conduct health teaching.
    9. Provide nursing care within the scope of nursing practice.
    10. Acquire skills, knowledge and attitude in the area.
    11. Evaluate self performance after duty hours.
